Bring the whole family and enjoy the Florida sun! Sunny, fully fenced yard, heated pool, amazing shorebirds- paddleboards and kayaks too!
This home is fully equipped to provide a fun and carefree vacation experience for families of all ages.
Soak in the Florida sun while the kids and pets play in the private and fully fenced yard. Corner waterfront lot offers a tropical paradise and the heated pool ensures year round use (optional pool baby gate gives added peace of mind).
The 20 ft dock, on the confluence of two saltwater canals, is great for fishing or watching for dolphins, manatees and pelicans. There are 3 families of nesting Blue Herons that provide great entertainment at dusk each night. We have paddleboards and a kayak available for use.
Younger kids will love the well stocked toy collection. We have baby items too (high chair, pack n plays. For your convenience the home is also equipped with wireless internet and satellite TV ( no additional cost)
Owners are local and less than 5 minutes away, enabling us to make sure all of your vacation needs are met.
This house is really designed to make life as easy and worry free as possible!
